All orders require up to 72 hours (3 business days) to be processed and dispatched. Please note that we operate as a third-party retailer, and all products are fulfilled and shipped by our trusted external fulfilment partners. As a result, we do not ship items directly ourselves.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the courier’s service levels. While we aim to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs checks, or circumstances outside of our control.
